Research the problem and the people
I start with user interviews, competitor reviews and data to understand who I’m designing for and what success looks like.
Design with Intention

Research the problem and the people
I start with user interviews, competitor reviews and data to understand who I’m designing for and what success looks like.
Design with intention and test early
I turn insights into user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, then test them with real users and refine.
Ship, hand off and keep improving
I hand developers a clear design system and specs, support the build, and use feedback to guide the next iteration.
